Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 1 working day. Your order will generally take 3 to 5 working days to get to you after its been processed

To simplify the order process, we offer a standard delivery, however, if you require next day delivery, we can process that for you manually. We aim to add more delivery option as time go on

Cleaning detergent is good at removing dirt from the surface but it does not kill any bacteria that may be left on the surface. A disinfectant kills the bacteria but it does not clean as in remove dirt on surfaces. A sanitiser on the other hand is a combination of a cleaning agent and a sanitising element. So it will clean and disinfect if used correctly.

Depending on the size of the job we can arrange one cleaner or multiple cleaners to speed up the process of cleaning. We will also take any preferences you may have into consideration and work with these preferences as best as we can.

We have a minimum cleaning time 4 hours per week or 3 hours twice a week

Yes, we do out of hour cleaning. Given that we have access to the premises we will be able to provide cleaning at your needed time, we can be flexible to suit your needs.

Cleaners can be key holders. This would require you to provide us with a spare key for the entrance needed to proceed with our cleaning process.

If your cleaner is on holiday or ill then we will provide a relevant cleaner to cover their absence.

We can do a one-off clean as long as it matches with our minimum hours of 4 hours.

The job list can be endless but you can expect our cleaners to follow the bespoke checklist that we will create for your site, which would be pre-agreed to between Green Heart Clean the client. We call it a cleaning schedule, the cleaning schedule has all the information a cleaner should need for their job. It also includes what to clean, when to clean. Our cleaners should already know how to clean. Our cleaners will always work around you to deliver your cleaning requirements. 

Your cleaner can take on other reasonable cleaning task outside the schedule when needed, if the clients discuss it with Green Heart Clean about it first. We encourage frequent communication with our clients so that we can keep up with their cleaning requirements

We can clean your premises on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis, we are very flexible and more than happy to meet the requirements needed for your business. If you are GP surgery or medical centre of any kind, you may require a higher frequency of cleaning due to a potentially higher number of sick or infected patients.

Yes, we can clean one area of the building. However we have a minimum cleaning charge of 4 hours per week for a single visit and 6 hours per week if you require 2 visits. This does depend on the size, cleaning needs and the amount of time needed to clean this area.

Anti-bacterial wipes are very useful for wiping down equipment after each use such as free weights and handle bars etc. However, the equipment would also need a thorough deep clean using disinfectant to further remove any bacteria or viruses that may have been transferred on to the equipment. It is a good practice to clean the gym equipment before you use them.

How do I maintain my gym equipment?

Gym equipment can be very unhygienic if not routinely cleaned. Gym equipment is the perfect place for cross-contamination. Viruses, bacteria and skin residue can be passed on by using the equipment without cleaning it before and after you have used it. For example, if a previous user has a virus and does not clean the equipment after then the next person to use this equipment stands a high risk of coming into contact with  the virus

From a cleaning perspective, if gym equipment is not properly cleaned and disinfected before using, the infection could spread from the previous user to the current user. This is why you may want to take your surface disinfection kit with you or make sure your gym has one

You do not need to leave the house while cleaning is being performed. For our cleaning to be productive we do ask that you provide us with the space needed so that there are no obstructions during the service.

We will provide you with an invoice along with our details provided. The preferred method is via card transaction however any alternatives can be discussed with your cleaning manager.
