Additional Details: This is a full-time role for 25 hours a week for January/February 2018 start. The ideal candidate should have some professional cleaning experience and should be willing to commit to the assignment. He/she should be able to work with own initiative and still report to the supervisor. He/she needs to be flexible with work schedule. Ideally, we require the job holder to be able to drive and have access to car or be willing to commute within reasonable location. After the initial probation period of 12 weeks, there is a progression plan in place for the successful candidate. Employee training and benefits are also in place for employee after probation period. The successful candidate would be required to provide two references. Cleaning Operative Responsibilities: The main responsibility of the job holder is a deep cleaning and maintenance of clients’ property. This role requires a high level of attention to detail (back of doors, handles, switches, corners etc) in the cleaning of office/interior space, restrooms, floors/carpets, furniture, equipment/appliances, etc. to meet Greenheart Clean’s quality standard.
The Cleaning Operative might also be required to do some stock control and administrative tasks during less busy periods.
