Babatunde Sobola – Managing director
Babatunde is a graduate of Loughborough University with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical engineering and Master in Engineering Design. My journey as a cleaner began in 2009, while at the university, it was my passion but I have since realised that it is an essential part of every organisation. This understanding has helped me in my role at Green Heart Clean to ensure all our customers receive a quality service at all times. I like technology and innovation that solves issues, and I really don’t like to wait for things to break before fixing them.
Atinuke Sobola – Company secretary & Human resources advisor
Ati’s background as an information professional opened her up to a research based approach to work. She deputises for the company director in areas regarding recruitment, management, welfare and training of employees. She ensures that the day to day running of the company meets set employment law regulations and all company documentation are filed as at when due. Ati is also in charge of employee schedules, time sheets and payments.
Georgia Reading – Marketing apprentice & Office Manager
Georgia’s education background in media and business studies opened her up to a digital marketing role to work. She deputises for company in areas such as social media, newsletters, office welfare and greeting visitors. She ensures that social media is kept up to date daily along with weekly blog post and monthly newsletters are sent out. Georgia also is in charge of answering the phone, sending and replying to emails, arranging interviews, making sure the office is ran smoothly and accepting and arranging delivery’s.
James Brewill – Work experience
James is at Loughborough College doing Maths and English. James has been put in charge of the stock room and do the stock take. James has organised the stock room to make it easier for staff to find cleaning products. James has helped streamline the stock take procedure by designing the stock take form. When James finishes college he wants to work in a shop like Waitrose.
