Returns and Refunds Policy
For simplicity, here is a breakdown of our refund and returns policy
- Time – Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made are non-refundable unless item was faulty. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
- Method of refund – Refund will be made via the same method of payment. For example, if you paid via PayPal, you should expect your refund via PayPal.
- Product condition – Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging before we can issue a full refund. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of body/hair care products like soaps, shampoo, and conditioner bars due to strict hygiene regulations.
- Refund contact info – if there is a fault with any product you have purchased from us or you wish to return it after changing your mind, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Charges – Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. The initial shipping cost of the product cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. There will be no additional returns/refund charge as long as the returned Item is inline with this policy.
Return address – please send all return products to: Unit 4, 30 Meadow Lane, Loughborough. LE11 1JY. Please note that unless your item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- Return of sales items – If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
- Returned items – refund of returned items will be processed once they are received. refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving returned items.
